Services

NovaSahr Digital provides AI automation, chatbots, AI agents, SaaS platforms and custom digital solutions. Project scope, deliverables and timelines are agreed in writing before work begins.

Payments

Unless agreed otherwise, projects require an upfront deposit with the balance due on delivery. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

Intellectual property

Ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client on full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks and internal libraries remain the property of NovaSahr Digital.

Acceptable use

• Do not use our services for unlawful, harmful or misleading activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or resell our platforms without permission.

Liability

Our services are provided in good faith and to a professional standard. NovaSahr Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products or services.
